I know your post is tongue in cheek but there’s a large element of seriousness and truth to it.

I cannot for the life of me understand the clamour to get this guy back.

His time here was summed up by mostly horrendous transfers, horrendous managerial targets/appointments and he is quite literally a certified crook to boot, but Spurs fans seem to love him because he looks cool and showed “pashun” by sitting near the dugout roaring and screaming like a clown on match days.

This guy should be absolutely nowhere near the club again, indeed some of his shocking transfers are a big reason for the sorry state we are in right now.

Combo of him and FO covers both of their weaknesses… kinda

We just seem to struggle to sell players. Either takes ages to get rid of them or we never get decent fees for them compared to other teams. I suspect there is one other bald headed individual that plays a large part in that though.

We have wasted a lot of money for years though as we can all agree. Been a bit of a disaster for a while. Eg. Now it seems to be that we want to buy Tel. While he is improving, he isn’t worth spending £40/50 million on. It would be better giving Moore the minutes. I am not convinced there is miles between the two players.

Tbh I’m big on Tel. He was instrumental in goals his last 2 games and I think is a CF before long so won’t get in Moore’s way by the time he’s forcing his way into the team.

But fully agree on selling players. Let’s hope this summer we can get some out the door quite quickly

I’d start Tel at CF tomorrow. Like Solanke, Richy needs to be wrapped in cotton wool and not play at all. He’s as likely to pick up an injury.

Mixed feelings on this. Think he was quite overated with what he did and the Gattuso/Nuno fiasco brings his judgement on suitable managers into question. On the other hand i dont think a season like this would have happened on his watch. He wouldnt have appointed someone like Postecoglou. He is organised and experienced. It cant be worse than the Levy, Munn, Lange, Postecoglou amateurish shambles, who've all looked like rabbits caught in headlights for 18 months. Would have preffered someone like Dougie Freedman though.

Lange seems more like a technical data and head of analyst guy, Paratici more like a politician and deal maker. I assume if Lange goes and Paratici comes in we still have to replace Lange.
According to reports Lange was heavily involved with the Bergval transfer in fending of Barca, think part of Lange's work is to identify targets maybe he and Paratici can work together in bringing more like Bergval.
This was a quote at the time.

Speaking exclusively toTottenham News, Wenham said: “This has certainly caught me by surprise. Bergvall has been in Barcelona already and you don’t seemany 17-year-olds visit the club and turn down the opportunity to join them.
“This perhaps has something to do with Lange and his key connection to the Scandinavian market, and as far as I am concerned any good young player is always welcome at Tottenham.
