really pleased to have another strong woman on the forum.
I lurked for several years as well. Think I was nervous of getting abuse which was silly really. I didn't, and if I ever did... well I wouldn't care much actually! Older and wiser these days. (Although I do still get a bit touchy if anyone slags Kulu off).
It's just a big disfunctional family, but people do have your back when you need them.
I don't get to all that many matches, but not had a problem when I do. (Sorry to hear you have). I do get a bit of shit from away fans on trains although I don't know how much of that is from wearing a Spurs shirt rather than being a woman. You certainly learn resilience supporting this team!

My wife has been to lots of games with me and never had any problems, will aim to bring my daughters also when they’re a bit older. I don’t think there is a culture of bigotry towards women particularly, just the odd absolute cunt that you’ll unfortunately bump into
