I agree if you are a professional footballer you ought to embrace the noise away from home. I remember when we went to Besiktas and they were deafening and we shut them up a bit. That said, some players are more sensitive to sound than others, and perhaps the most toxic thing about football is that if the opposition finds out that one of your players is highly sensitive to sound, they target that player more instead of having empathy for them still being a professional footballer despite their condition.
Who was the footballer who was so sensitive to a noisy away ground he had to come off the pitch?

i think it was a German player, wait, was it Werner?!

I get a nice early told you so in - looking at you @ Jimothy.

Absolutely not a chance that Ange is taking this game seriously - why would he bother, we’re as good as through and the final 4 group games are against bottom half Roma, 3rd in a 2 team league Rangers, relegation zone Hoffenheim and on their holidays Elfsborg.

There is ZERO importance to this match for Spurs, fucking nowt.

Whereas win Sunday, and Ange, who was under pressure a few weeks back, could have Spurs say 3rd in the league, more or less through in the Europa and in a League cup QF.

It’s a no brainer mate

What do you mean by take it seriously? Chuck six teenagers in?

Agree on the final four games, some easy ones there

I think he will pick a strong side tomorrow and go for a win and qualify asap to throw the final two or three games

Vic
Porro - Drag - Davies - Gray
Biss
Bergvall - Maddison
Kulu - Lankshear - Son
I'd swap Kulu for Johnson at HT so that both are reasonably fresh for the weekend. Use Kulu to start us off a bit more solidly and then Johnson on vs tired legs. With Moore and Werner out Kulu or Johnson will need to play unless Ange goes really rogue with his selection.
Worried about that defence against Gala's attack, could get messy.

About as good a side as we can muster atm

Can't do much about the defence.

Subs : Forster, Udogie, Sarr, Bentancur, Johnson, Solanke, (6) .......Dorrington (CB), Olusesi (CM), Cassanova, Williams-Barnett, Austin ...... total 11 but we can have 12 subs

So will Ange just go with a slightly small bench. Or is there someone else also travelling ?

Injured : Romero, Van de Ven, Werner, Moore, Odobert, Richarlison (6) Plus Spence (not eligible in EL)
