Ex-Spurs Player Gareth Bale

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Let’s be honest, it won’t happen, if it did it would be a huge risk and if it DID happen you can’t say you wouldn’t be excited no matter what side of the argument you are on (at this moment in time).

It's about the dent it leaves in our kitty that could potentially be spent more effectively. We dont have infinite funds to throw around.... Especially £60m gambles on sick note players.

FFS, how many times are you gonna bury your head in the sand and make a similar post about "its not my money"????

Makes you look ignorant, stupid or both.
Gareth Bale is the greatest player I've been fortunate enough to see in a Spurs shirt. I witnessed him single handedly drag us over the line on many occassions.
He's become a serial winner with a winners mentality since he went to Madrid.
Exactly the kind of player we've been crying out for to turn us from serial contenders to winners.

Imagine the lift it would give to all our young players to have GARETH BALE at the club.

Oh, and it aint my money, we're the 10th richest club in Europe, and we aint spent a penny on transfers since January 2018.

Absolutely the kind of player Tottenham Hotspur could and should be interested in.

It will be about money, what isn't? If he comes back will he drop to a wage level which will not alienate the others in the squad? Kane is on the up how would he and the others in the leadership group view it. And there is the injuries, its a tough one and I still remember those euphoric heights that Bale took us with his exquisite skills set.

...The world's highest paid crock you mean?

Why not sign 11 of 'em... Not your money afterall.

So yeh... Like i said; ignorant.

Except we can't afford him!

As they're backed by a country, City could have a frontline composed of Aguero, Kane, Salah, Hazard, Rashford. But they'd lose every week.

Building a team is not just about lumping players together. They have to fit into the manager's system and understand how each other play and not tread on each other's toes.

We had this when Ossie was manager and thought that playing five or six attacking players would bring success. It didn't.

Bale - no thanks.

Would you rather spend more money on N'Koudu's. Or buy a few up and coming hopefuls we can make a future profit on.

Or, as a Spurs fan, a football fan, would your fanny not moisten more at the prospect of seeing a proven winner, a superstar, like Gareth Bale grace our team.

Do you actually want to see our club win titles
