He's been looking better and better recently. Hopefully he's up to speed and can really make a difference. Almost hilarious how he dragged an AVB team to 5th place and may be needed to try and do the same this year for AVB senior.
 
the dream is to have kane and bale on fire together! think we will have a good run of results now. even more positivity to come when gio is back..things are finally looking up

I honestly think if we would of played Bale more this season rather than persisting with Bergwijn, we would of seen better results. He’s head and shoulders above Stevie B. Knew all along Bale was still a player of quality, but we needed to trust in him. I think now he is 1st choice. No excuses now Jose.

A fully fit Bale sure - the Bale we saw in some early EL games, no chance - it takes players months to come to terms with the EPL, sure he was here before but it's a whole new ball game when you're 31 and nowhere near peak fitness ...

I agree that a fully fit Bale is an automatic starter, let's hope he doesn't break down .....

Unbelievable hit last night. I say we need him more than ever now against the bus parkers. Bale actually has the quality to score a screamer in a packed box. His corner to Moura against Spam was amazing. I have been shouting for awhile now that we need his set pieces and technical ability- and he is showing just how much Mou was missing out on by being a prick.
