Anyone expecting any real money for that utterly useless waste of space is delulu.
We could get some peanuts (so maybe 5-8 mil) but that is quite irrelevant.

Lucky for us it seems we kept him on low salary (like 70 th£ per week), so it does not mean we have to compensate lot from his salary. If he'd be on 150 th pw, we would have to pay someone millions to take this turd off us...

I wonder if this —- along with Reggie — hasn’t turned into one big name of chicken with both players looking for contract terminations and Spurs threatening to hold them without registering them?

Wouldn’t be surprised if LoCelso was given a free just to move his contract.

Utter shit. I don't believe for a minute that Ange promises any player a minimum amount of game time, no matter who they are, and certainly not if they are this waste of money.

I’m sure that last summer Ange told him he was in his plans, and he was (up to a point). He was never exiled from the first team like Ndombele. But as the season went on and the injuries kept happening he obviously lost trust in him and stopped using him even when he was available.
 
Injuries aside, he made good contributions when he actually played (admittedly only 506 minutes):
  • 4 G/A ie one per 126 minutes, 3rd best after Richi & Son
  • 12.1 progressive passes per 90, highest in the club
  • 4.5 progressive carries per 90, third behind Werner and Kulusevski
  • 5.0 shot-creating actions per 90, second behind Maddison
  • Won 4.8 tackles + intercepts per 90, second behind Bissouma
  • Recovered 8.2 loose balls per 90, second behind Hojbjerg
  • 93.8% pass completion rate

He was mostly coming on for 10 minutes at the end of matches so those numbers really mean fuck all. He only ever played against tired legs and even then 500 minutes is absolutely pathetic.
