Ex-Spurs Player Giovani Lo Celso

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Been very very impressed with him! 2 goals in 2 games and been very tidy! Especially against the quality of the sides we’ve played! Going to give Ange a big headache if he keeps this form into the new year! Not sure you can immediately bench him to have madders

Madders will need to be eased back into anyway. It’ll be funny in January when Ange makes his subs seeing Madders and VDV coming on at 60 or 70 minutes. Whoever we’re playing will shit their pants

Bissouma, Madders, Benta, Sarr, LoCelso and Hojberg is a great midfield. Bissouma and Sarr off for AfCon when Madders and Benta are back so no one is leaving in the winter window.

He did well in the Villa game, I don't think he was doing much up until his goal, I hopes he keeps it up and improves.

He was playing a holding role in the first half (with Deki at the 10) - and not playing it particularly well. Ange corrected his mistake by bringing in PEH at halftime - LoCelso was able to play farther forward after that and did well.

the 10 role needs a player that can see the pass before its there, GLC can't do that nor can Deki
Kane was good at it as was Eriksen, Maddison I'm not sure

Agree - but Madders is our starter and LoCelso/Deki are our backup 10s. You’re not going to get a player of Erikson (in his prime), Kane or Madders quality to join us as a squad option.

Players that have that have the kind of vision to “see the pass before it’s there” consistently are exceedingly rare. Most teams don’t have one player on their squad with that kind of quality much less two imho

Talk about stepping up when needed. In two games he's also scored two Maddison-esque beauties too.

At the very least he will get us some money if sold, and more than that he could actually help us in the interim after all.

Good game yesterday, decent finish. I did feel at times earlier in the game, when he lost the ball he was slow to react and track back. Seemed like he was annoyed with himself and almost gave up. If he could change that he's showing he could be worth keep. That being said he's been pretty poor value so needs more that a couple of decent games

Oh boy, the “Tottenham” (Levy) supporter mentality…

Why doesn't everybody else do it then?
