Maybe a fee who knows but also a contingent fee which might be worth more including an option to buy on a midfielder if we want him, for example next summer (when Bissouma and Bentancur contracts are down to 12 months) which might also induce certain midfielders to do better over next year (nice psychology of it works !).
Taking shape means nothing because it presumes so much and one is that all things stay equal. No chance.
As for Lo Celso, yes.

Whereas Lo Celso played cards on the team bus more than he played matches.

Real Betis are in talks to re-sign their former midfielder Giovani Lo Celso from Tottenham.
The deal is yet to be completed but talks are advanced for a deal around £3.5m with further add-ons being discussed.
The Argentina international, 28, was told today in manager Ange Postecoglou's press conference that he had no future in North London and would not play if he chose to stay.
He also has just one year remaining on his contract having joined in 2019 from Paris Saint-Germain but via a loan spell at Betis.
Anderton was my favourite player - wasn’t knocking him. But between Euro 96 and WC 98 he seemed to only be fit for England, not Spurs. That was my point - that he was a better comparison than King!
