In my opinion yes. I think if Vic is playing for us back then in their time period he looks even better because he’s not being asked to play very much with his feet.
If one of his passes to mf led to a chance we would be calling him a clown. Management need to take some responsibility

Watch it again and you will see Gray runn8ng towards him, arms outstretched asking for the ball. A first time pass with his right foot is required ,for some reason he takes a touch and Sangare pounces.
i know gray asks for it, but he doesnt have eyes in the back of his head, vicario can see that he has someone steaming in behind him. yes he should have passed first time, did he get a man on call though? i dont think vicario is vocal enough in that regard, there was a moment later when davies kicked the ball away under no pressure and it seemed like davies turned back to moan to vicario over a lack of communication.
