Back in the 80s they used to dish out Monkey Nuts at half time.
Maybe not forgive, but if the interview is candid and open and without the preamble of a media personae I could maybe at least accept that he is staying. But there would always be a dark cloud hanging over him.
And there would probably need to be an exit clause included in his deal from then on. That ensures that we get good coin for him.

I will never view Kane like I did before. Maybe if he did the business (and did this in big games too) I could tolerate his presence but I will never chant his name again.

It’s going to be even worse if people are singing “Harry Kane, we want you to stay” which they will because people are idiots.
I’m still not convinced he will show up to training next week anyway. It will render his whole going AWOL to get a move pointless if he comes back without achieving it but just pissing everyone off in the meantime.
Ain’t got a choice. It’s a 3 year deal and he is a world class player, if no one stumps up the money then we need to do. The relationship however changes to transactional now, it’s no longer he is one of our own.
People who call our players petty names are idiots. Call them what you want when they are gone but while they still play for have some respect for them. Yes Kane has acted badly but the saga has not ended and none have a crystal ball to know how it is going to end. He may end up at Shity or he may end up playing for us next season and have to make it up to the fans and his team mates. Hopefully Levy steps back and allows someone else to deal with the situation because I feel their is too much water under that bridge to ever get a conclusion to this which will end amicably for both parties.

If he remains the abuse Kane is going to get at away games is going to be unreal. The fact is a big if he remains and recommits to Spurs and admits he made a mistake then what do we leave him out in the cold. I am pretty sure a big if he appears for us this season and makes some kind of amends to the fans we will be chanting “he one of our own again.”
