*Jiminez out for most of 20/21 season due to head injury

I wouldn't call Jiminez "out of Kane's league" at all.
Excluding last season (which I do admit that Kane had a statistical wonder year) Jiminez has got more PL goal contributions than Kane.
Also, take into account he's been doing the majority of this under Nuno and a Wolves team w/ players worth half the value of Spurs.
Hopefully Conte can get him back to his previous form, without that were in a lot of trouble

My favourite bit was when Kane apparently had a 'statistical wonder year' when really he's had 25+ goal contributions 5/7 of his league seasons, and the two he didn't he had bad ankle injury issues. He also had two seasons with 30 and 29 league goals respectively.
Jimenez's best league goal contribution: 23 in 37 games
Kane's best league goal contribution: 37 in 35 games
Both teams they managed this for finished 7th, so no big quality gap around them. Even Kane's 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th most productive seasons beat Jimenez's peak, many of which were in less games.
So the only argument which remains is 'well Jimenez did better than Kane under Nuno' which we all know is schoolkid logic. Jelavic thrived under Moyes compared to Van Persie, nobody reckons Jelavic was better.

You also can't read stats. He was more productive than Kane in 19/20 by 3 goals whilst playing 8 more games. In 18/19 he contributed 20 goals to Kane's 21, this time playing 9 more games than Kane. He's had more goal contributions in one full season than Kane .. because he played more games.
I bet Kane ends up with more goal contributions this season .. wanna take that bet?

In 18/19, Jimenez had 20 goal involvements , Kane 21. But Jimenez played tons more. In the same minute that kane played, jimenez scores 15 goals/assists and Kane 21.
Similarly in 19/20 , in the same number of minutes Jiminez scores 18 to Kanes 20(goal+assists)
Similarly in 20/21 , in the same number of minues Jiminez gets 15, Kane 37...
So not even once did he score/assist at a better rate than Kane. Just got more one time, because he played a lot more.

Seriously, nobody even needs stats to know Kane is in a different league to Jimenez. One is a PL great as strikers go, the other a decent striker. Only a total moron or someone deliberately on the wind up would say otherwise.

Have you .. tallied up the seasons whilst excluding Kane's best and including Jimenez's best? But included a season 10 games in?

You wanna conveniently leave out the fact Kane played like 16 less games in that time period, and you've left out his most prolific season because Jimenez had a head injury even though he was on 4 in 10 and absolutely clearly was not going to get even close to 37 goal contributions.
You've cherry picked seasons Kane was injured in, ignored the one he wasn't, then included the current season which is 10 games in.
I'll do it very quickly. From 18-19 to now.
Jimenez 96 matches 51 goals/assists
Kane 101 matches 80 goals/assists
Maybe in the next 5 matches Jimenez can score 29 and catch up!!!
