Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

What a pass by Kane in the lead up to the first England goal. Just shows how versatile he is as a player.

But what I still can't understand is the trolls on social media. Where does all the hate for Harry Kane come from?

I think it stems from his diving, claiming the Eriksen goal and swearing on his daughters life for it, the way he speaks and the fact he's pretty fucking good.

Jealousy mostly.

It's mostly Scousers. They're just highly abnormal in general. He's almost universally admired on other football forums, except Woolwich, but you'd expect that. Leicester to a certain extent. But to Scousers he's an absolute hate figure. I think they'd struggle to explain why in the same why they'd struggle to justify robbing someone's house or fiddling the benefits system.

Which is so ironic when they had Gerrard and Suarez?!

It is odd though, Salah dives but I wouldn’t waste my time disliking him.. who cares? So odd.

Jealousy mate

That pass you referred to was sheer class

Loved it

Since the beginning of 2017, no player has scored more international goals than Harry Kane. Also has 17 goals in 20 games under Southgate.

Up to 22 England goals now, which is level with a legend like Peter Crouch.

Normally I'd laugh at that last statement, but Crouch did score the goal that got us into the CL the first time...

(Then again, he scored an own goal against the same team (Man City) in the same stadium not long after that cost us a CL place, so does it cancel out?")

He's also got a formidable international goal scoring record.

He certainly did but Crouchy then fucked up badly against RM so we got knocked out

Still fuming over that

Harry half way to equalling Greaves' record for goals at international level. Not bad for a one season wonder who potentially has another 2 European Championships & 2 World Cups left in him depending on what happens.

If he stays fit he's looking at another 55-75 games for his country. Each goal chips away at that record he's got his eye on.

Not sure i agree Harry! Given the strength of the competition in the Nations League, but comparing the comparative worth of the two competitions, winning it might just about equal finishing 4th in the World Cup. Not more than that though IMO.

Did you even read what Kane said? Winning the NL would be better than finishing 4th in the WC.

That's not even arguable. Winning is always better than losing. Who cares about who came 4th, 3rd or even 2nd at the WC?

Saw Kane was trending on Twitter thought that was odd.
He scored a goal played well for England so what could it be.

Scrolling through it's page after page calling him old news and saying he's shit now.

Many England fans don't deserve him at all.
