I've always thought of this in stages:
1) He wants to win, and would accept a move abroad--PSG, Madrid, whatever--I would've been disappointed, but fine.
2) He wants to win, and wants to stay in the league--City, Chelski--I'm less forgiving. Fundamentally, a part of what those clubs are directly doing is trying to stop Spurs from winning titles or trophies. I want Spurs to win. I do not support players who are working directly against this. So if he were pushing for this, in a way that was respectful of his history with the club and us supporters, I would hope he fails, but I think I'd get over it.
3) This shit? The Neville interview? Then not showing up for training? Fucking weasel.
