Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

That's it totally. Its about respect. He deliberatly tried to balls up the end of last season with the interview, now he is trying to disrupt our pre season. Put a transfer request in,then we all know we stand
If he came and said "look I'm 28 and I don't have time for another rebuilding project, so I'd like to move to a place that I can win a trophy now", then most everyone would understand.

You could say the same thing about other stars who would be getting a lashing from their fans if they had done something similar. Not showing up to training? Zero communication? He’s been hugely disrespectful to the club, fans, and his own country. You’d expect the England captain to do better. I’m surprised at how many Kane apologists there are.
I agree with all that. Just wanted to point out his behaviour isn't happening in a vacuum.

That’s assuming of course that Levy allows all the Kane money to be used for bringing players in

I know he did for the Bale money which we largely screwed up but the club isn’t in good financial straights now so we’d be lucky for Paratici to get £100 million to spend
Paratici will get all the Kane money. The big question is have we already spent nearly half on Gil and Romero or is there money in addition to the Kane money so we have a bigger kitty.

I've always thought of this in stages:

1) He wants to win, and would accept a move abroad--PSG, Madrid, whatever--I would've been disappointed, but fine.

2) He wants to win, and wants to stay in the league--City, Chelski--I'm less forgiving. Fundamentally, a part of what those clubs are directly doing is trying to stop Spurs from winning titles or trophies. I want Spurs to win. I do not support players who are working directly against this. So if he were pushing for this, in a way that was respectful of his history with the club and us supporters, I would hope he fails, but I think I'd get over it.

3) This shit? The Neville interview? Then not showing up for training? Fucking weasel.

I feel sorry for all those poor little boys with KANE 10 on the back of their Spurs shirts. He's made it unwearable.

I'm honestly surprised he doesnt want to go to RM. Beautiful weather. Real are the odds on favorite to win the league most every year.

Why’s everyone suddenly ok with him going?

£180m minimum or they can fuck off. Letting him go is weak. It shows any future player that if you come to spurs, strike for a move, then you’ll get your way in the end.

Why should we help Man City out with taking their cast offs too however good they are? It’s their problem they signed them, gave them huge wages they wouldn’t get anywhere else and can’t sell them. Let them sell them on somewhere else for below market rate.

Absolutely fuck Man City. In no uncertain terms should we be dealing with them at all. It’s weak.

I think I'd sell for the 130-140 range, but we need that offer now, like by the end of the week.

That way we can actually reinvest this window. If this gets drawn out until the end of the month, the price is at least 160 as we're better off with Kane for this season if we can't reinvest in the targets we want or the negotiations with the other clubs become even harder with limited time.

90-100m next summer would still do a lot of good with Kane helping us at least get top 6 this year.

Are you sure because Perry Groves doesn’t think so

Reckoned that Paratici would get 75% and no more on Talkshite the other night

This is quite literally the entire Spurs heritage of ENIC tenure.

Instead of just refusing to sell one top player, we should keep him. Whatever the costs. Training shuttle runs behind the janitors shed every single day for the duration of the contract as long as he refused to play for us.

By all means keep our contract commitments and pay the man, but use the expenses as a lesson to all players that this won't happen with us.

Said it since Steve Carr.

Couldn’t agree more mate. Even more so that they are trying to lowball us with embarrassing 100 mil offers. Fuck em!!! If they want to offer the going rate for the worlds best striker, then show you truly mean business by offering a number we feel we can’t reject. 180 mil will do, then we can have a total rebuild. If not, kindly fuck off City you bunch of oil baron pretenders. Small tin pot club with funds. Would rather let Harry stay here for 3 years and him going on a free when his contract is up. Feel that strongly about this. 180 mil or fuck off Shitty

When they bid 160 million we pick up the phone. The final price is north of that.
