I've named 4 of the best strikers of their generation for a reason.

If you wanna keep going Vardy's is a massive 4% higher than Kane's, Salah 1%, Son's is the same as Kane's, Firmino's is 1% lower, Cavani is the same as Kane's, Ronaldo's is 7% lower than Kane's, Aubameyang is the same as well .. I can keep going .. I'd rather not.

It's around average. They all have very similar shooting percentage stats. Low would be below 35% which he isn't even close to. It's only low if you hold him by a weird standard you don't hold any of the other strikers of his generation by.

Harry Kane over the last 4 seasons: 42%

So he's not average he is in fact well above average ... glad we cleared that up.

What, would you prefer the averages of the careers of 5 of the greatest strikers in premier league history? Or the career averages of the strikers playing now?

So what you've got is Son having exceptionally high shooting accuracy vs basically every other big strikers career %. That doesn't remotely prove Kane's is low. All you've proved is that Son's is high.

Kane's is still, by every metric, very much in line with strikers of both his generation, and the past generation.

At what point do we just give this up and say his shooting accuracy % isn't low?

How the fuck does any of this explain why Kane is or is not a flat track bully?

Why can’t he score goals against the Big 4 sides but score in bunches against Pacos, Mura, and relegation level PL sides?

Why hasn’t he scored more than Jiminez against them since 17-18 when Jiminez missed almost the entirety of last season?

Son is just a better all around player than Kane. Almost every advanced statistic shows Son has been a better player, particularly over the last 3.5 years. He’s got more non-PK goals, more goals above xG, better shot conversion rate, more assists, etc

Most importantly, he shows up against the big 4 at a much higher rate than Kane

But he isn’t widely even considered world class by the British media while Kane is compared to Salah, Mbappe, Messi, Ronaldo, and Lewandowski.
