The guy is just so unfit.Yes
Additionally when it's argued he hasn't got the quality around him like Erikson etc it needs to be explained why he was so ineffective playing for England in the Euro's.

Or maybe he has long coyid?
Looks it. But why? I thought he was the player who got their first and stayed till last at training?

God. Just send the under 23s or something. A joke having two of these minnows in the group.Kane would be far better off staying at Hotspur Way to work with Conte for the next two weeks rather than going away with England. They don't need him to play against Albania and San Marino.
I think Kane is in better shape than Rooney. For a starter, Kane's never been a big party goer - unlike Rooney. And all those "sex scandals" Rooney was involved in almost certainly took a toll on his mentality. Something Kane's avoided. He's clearly trying. He's just in a serious physical decline since his injuries. He has been for 2-3+ years now.
We're just noticing it more now given it's gotten to the point where he can't perform against average sides.
His decline is similar to Rooney's who also peaked around 24-25 years old and was in the MLS by 32.

Kane was still peaking at 28 as he became last season's EPL's top scorer with 23 (+14 assists). Yes, he's had a dip in form, true, which is normal after a big mid-summer tournament (Euros 2021).Rooney is just one example
Dozens of other players experiencing sharp declines by their late 20s
Take a look at their respective stats after peaking at 24/25 years old. They're eerily similar.
I've already explained what a normal decline looks like in the quoted post below. You can still be a productive player overall and still be declining. The first alarm bells is when a player starts to struggle against good sides which has been the case for Kane over the last 3+ seasons. But you also have players like Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lewandowski and Zlatan who are still top players even after their mid-30s
I would agree with that. But if you follow any player that's in decline, it follows the same path of regression:
1. Loses a step = Struggles to perform against top teams
2. Loses 2 steps = Struggles to perform against good teams
3. Loses 3 steps = Struggles to perform against average teams
4. Loses 4 steps = Struggles against almost every team
5. In the MLS
I think last season, he was at stage 1 or 2 so he was still a very productive player overall, primarily against average/poor teams.
Now, it looks like he's declined to stage 3 and pushing for stage 4. We're still seeing him put in good/decent performances against ECL level competition as well as Newcastle but he's struggled against every average/good PL side.
This similar regression happened to Rooney at the same age.

My opinion doesn’t change the fact that Kane’s been shit as I correctly predictedThats a normal decline looks like in your opinion and your formula
tbf I think he has been poor since pre CL final after his big injury. Admittedly he changed his game from out and out striker to dropping deep and being striker provider. But not great as he was.Hmmm Despite everyone criticising kane for his behaviour and performances this season. Your problem is we all wont buy into your agenda that hes been shit for years. Get over it and move on ffs. Same thing over and over every time anyone comes into this thread
As weve all said this season he has been shit.My opinion doesn’t change the fact that Kane’s been shit as I correctly predicted
no you dumba$@ we shouldn't be dependent on Kane making through passes attempt to grown a brain please thats our midfield 's job. What about when Kane makes shit passes game after game after game
Nunos fault right
So this is about ego then? Should have known. My opinion doesn’t change the fact that Kane’s been shit as I correctly predicted
No, I was hoping he'd score a goal today and predicted on the match thread that he'd get one but his form and physical state is beyond saving at this point. As weve all said this season he has been shit.
But you revel in it is the difference
No, it's pointing out an observation to a fanbase that seems to have been hypnotized by the Kane halo effect. Kane has been in decline for 3+ years now - it's statistically a fact and the eye test would tell you that he's physically declined. All declines start with a player being unable to perform against top/good teams, as was the case with Kane over the last 3+ years. It was only a matter of time before he hit a wall but even I didn't think the type of decline we've seen over the last 6-8 months was going to happen so quickly.
Oh dearA couple of world class passes today that should have led to goals.
Got into some good positions but no service again. Well, he got service but the passes were all "close but no cigar."
