Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Do you think Conte would be here if Kane wasn't

Conte is probably pissed he had to be saddled with the PL's top scorer and leader in assists from the previous season.

My guess is that was what prevented him from coming in the summer. The thought he would have to work with a plug that is only good enough to lead the PL in goals and assists was likely a major hold up for Conte.

I have to add this rotten Spurs fan NDomBadBoy to SammySpurs who both slag off Harry Kane in line with the gutter press who want the last Spurs player out of England so they can enjoy watching Southgate's team.

People like this fool want Tottenham to sell one of THEBEST STRIKERS IN THE WORLD for money. Then maybe buy second-rate forwards like Joelinton and Rondon and keep the change.

If, after watching Harry Kane today people like him cannot see how wrong they were then maybe they should seriously wake up. Do you really want to be proved right, that Harry Kane isn't good enough or something and get rid, or Harry Kane is worth keeping and building a team around?

Answer that yourself and become a proper Spurs fan again.

Maybe Harry Kane wasn't 100% before and some of these dopey Spurs fans went with the media. The media HATE Tottenham. Wake up!

They begrudgingly give Spurs praise. They targetted Harry Kane during the Euros even fooling Southgate briefly. While Mason Mount did absolutely nothing (except keep Jack Grealish out) they slaughtered Kane, who got the highest goals in England in that tournament.

So as Kane said he felt some effect from the Euro loss and the transfer debacle, which he or the club caused, but as a Tottenham supporter you should not doubt Harry Kane after his fantastic record over the years. You will not find a better striker in the world that Spurs can get, if you sell him.

So be realistic. The media who hate Spurs hate today - Kane getting a perfect hattrick (head, left foot, right foot) have to suck it up!

I also say some of the Spurs critics on here should see THIS Harry Kane differently and see how Spurs are fortunate to have him in Tottenham's ranks.

I get that it is just the state of the internet, but not sure why everything has to be so polarized. He’s not as washed up as some would like to claim and is still easily one of the best strikers in the world, but he has also been entirely uninspiring and unproductive for a little while now and he was a disaster this summer with his theatrics and some fans have every right to be angry.

These things can be true all at the same time.

It was Albania and him turning up has fitted in with exactly what some of us have said.
Shit team, Kane fills his boots.

The only dopey Spurs fans are the ones who think scoring against this level means suddenly he will start destroying Chelsea and Liverpool.

You was told he would do well against shite, then come out acting like you just proved a point.

When he gets muscled into oblivion by Leeds next week, you can crawl back behind the sofa until we get some 3rd division shit in the FA Cup where Kane can “catch Lineker!!!!!!!!!!”

“When there is a possibility to kill the opposition you must kill. I don’t like these crazy games.”

And

“to improve the desire to win, to start to think, 'OK, I want to win but I know that it means sacrifice, it means to suffer, it means to work very hard.'

Looks like Kane fits perfectly into both Contes main areas we need to vastly improve
