Ex-Spurs Player Harry Kane

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Only got 22 last season.
At 94 goals, he's 172 behind. @ 22 a season that's almost 8 seasons. In his 3 full seasons he's averaged 28 a season. So at that rate, it's still 6 seasons to get to 266.
And that assumes Kane doesn't play until he's 38 and get 280+ PL goals.

And none of that accounts for the fact City have gotten worse in the last year. Not sure they're coming back any time toon either tbh.
It also assumes that Haaland will stay in the premier league.

I don't think Kane will break Shearer's record, even if he comes back next summer. Wld have had he stayed, but hard to argue he didn't make the right call leaving.

He did a cross field pass against Latvia that made me sit up and go "wow". He fizzed it like 40 yards and it landed right on Gordon's (I think) foot. The commentators were talking about something else and missed it but it reminded how good he is at passing. I think he is one of the best in the world at it tbh.

Only De Bruyne was above him in the PL. Kane is also a world class 10 and I bet he would be a top class ball playing midfield too.

He truly is the best footballer in the world.

Any Spurs “fan” who thought we’d be better off without him should give up watching the sport.

Funny that back then there were people thay thought he would be almost finished by now. But he's better than he has ever been. If Bayern decide to move him from 9 to 10, where he played today, then he will be one of the best 2 or 3 number 10's in the world. Today he gave an absolute masterclass against a pretty good Dortmund team this season.

Also going by their forums, it seems that the vast majority of Bayern fans are agreeing with something I have been saying for years, which is that he's a better player than Lewandowski.

He's def in Ballon D'or finalist type form right now. I can't think of anyone else doing what he is doing right now at ST. Nobody at Barca or RM seem as impressive, and the PSG wingers are injured and not firing like last season. It could be his year.

He played fukkin brilliantly tonight.

I hear the Harlaand comparisons - yeah I get it via goals but Kane is something different at Bayern Munich.

Tonight he played as striker, attacking midfielder & defender at times while providing soo many line breaking passes to wingers while keeping the ball at his feet while having 3 people on him.

He's a total footballer now - yeah he plays deeper now due to lack of pace but it's REALLY opened up his game wherever he was he was a fukkin danger.

Maybe it's because Musiala is injured but fukkin hell CLASS!!!

His playmaking skills 10/10.
