Winks was not shooting that but it doesn’t mean it wasn’t still a great free kick. The whip and pace on the ball was excellent and it was put into an area where a slight overhit challenges the keeper (which is what happened) or a slight underhit is still a good cross.
No one in their right mind is actually shooting from there and it’s not an insult to winks to admit it. It was an excellent free kick.

Nothing player. But it's ok he'll be neat and tidy against Morecambe once a year.
I've said it before but everything wrong with this club is summed up by the fact we allow this footballing nonentity to jog around doing nothing year after year.
