He's scoring a lot of long range shots, just like he used to do for us, when we had a manager with the intelligence to utilize that strength. But he was never played in that position last season. But it was Ange, so what can you expect?
I agree that Ange’s tactics spoiled his form . His long range curly shots these days are as sharp as they were in his prime. He should’ve stayed in PL.at least a sub.
He's not quick enough to get those shots off anymore in the PL.
We don't know because he was never given the opportunity. He's still faster than most players out there.
Nobody scored more goals outside of the box than Lampard in PL history, but he was never a quick player. So it's not necessarily about speed. More about having a good shot. And Son can do it with both feet.

I know the quality of the MLS is nowhere near the PL, but that Bouanga guy looks like he might be worth a punt? Also, I wouldn't mind signing Gozo (just for the Maltese connection
