Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

A substitute teacher who the players had 0 respect for.

Yep. The way he mismanaged some of the players were shocking. You could tell even the new signings he brought to the club weren't having him like Muani and Simons. At to even lose the young players like Tel was bizarre. And the thing is, certain games Tel actually did put in some decent cameos under Frank, but would then be dropped and never seen again. It must have been so disheartening.

Tudor seems to be giving them some belief again and surprise surprise players are performing better and we look much more fluid.

Let's hope it continues though, I don't want to get carried away, we need results in the league.

But Sunday and tonight has given everyone some confidence and momentum, and as we know that is so important in football.

Whatever Tudor said seems to be working. If you even take out the mistakes and gaffes from Madrid, we actually played pretty well there too, so he definitely seems to be having a positive effect.

If there's anyone on here who's not encouraged to be positive due to the last two results.

Can you please just keep your fucking gloom to yourselves and let the vast majority, who now don't feel like jumping out of a window, enjoy what the last two performances signify.

Cheers.

Fair to say that Forest are going to be WAY more up for it on Sunday than Liverpool or Atleti were, at least in terms of securing a win on the day.

We're right back in the bin if we fuck it up and that might very well be curtains for Igor, though he's given us some reason to think twice about that this week.

Football London reminded us of the Conte rant of 3 years ago when he criticised the players saying that it is the Manager that goes every time. Both Ange & Frank were given longer and Tudor could have gone already but just maybe Conte was right it is the players attitudes and others in the club that is the problem. It is being said that a Manager putting his arms around the players is needed rather than Tudor’s hard approach. Maybe it is the hard approach that is needed after all. We will see Sunday.

The really impressive thing for me, is that the AI simulation I ran on Igor a few weeks ago, got it spot on. Will stabilise the team, get the players fitter and by Liverpool away we should expect to start to see defeats turn into draws and then patterns of play and fitness coming through to win games. And here we are.

AI is the future 😂😂😂😂

Before everyone gets carried away, it’s been pretty clear since Ange that this squad doesn’t really listen to the manager. Feels like a last push for Europe and maybe putting themselves in the shop window has played a part.

FYI: I’m not Tudor out, but I do think with this squad in mind, it doesn’t really matter much who’s in charge.
I know what your saying and we always looked a better team under Frank once the game was gone and we were chasing. But I do think it's different under Tudor. We just looked to well coached today! The press was in sync and every player knew their role. Also when on the attack different players knew when to drop and not to drop. How many times did Archie drop into centre back to cover Romero or VDV when they stepped up. There just felt a real chemistry to it all today and that surely is down to the coach! It's the first time all season where we haven't looked totally disjointed and relying on players to win 1v1 duals. We clicked as a team today and were running rings around atletico for large periods of that game.

It will be really difficult to predict the team he’ll pick for the weekend. Especially up top. Solanke vs Richy vs Tel vs Muani vs Simons? Udogie vs Spence at LB? Danso vs Dragusin at CB? Sarr vs Gray vs Gallagher vs Palhinha in CM?

Yup it'll be a proper test and no guarantee we cana beat them even if we do play well. They are a good side. City couldn't beat them at home 2 weeks ago. I think if we play like we did tonight ans with richarlison back then we'll have a good chance, buts it's going to be a tough game.

We'd have 100% lost this game if it was 2 weeks ago. Now I'd have us slight favourites but that's all. A draw isn't a bad result either. We have more players to comeback and with no Europe we really should have strong teams available for the run in. We won't lost too many more games if we keep playing like we did tonight. Hopefully we get some luck and can win some too.

Love how Tudor was in the linesmans face all fame. We never saw that passion from Frank or ange. And the ref pointed straight to that spot when Simons was fouled. No messing about. He didn't want Tudor shouting at him after the game. Them small margins matter alot. We're owed a couple of penalties and decisions from the PGMOL and them decisions are often the difference between winning and losing a game
