Need to get someone in on an interim basis who is in the Poch mould and would be happy to potentially join Poch's coaching staff when/if he joins in the summer.

These shit head players need someone in who they know is sticking around after the season ends, any obvious short term appointment I can't see working well.

All signs point to Ryan Mason

A bit gutted if we're parting ways, I liked him and his mindset, but tbh I think he walked into a job worse than he imagined. Some of his decisions were suspect maybe, but I think even if he did everything right, results wouldn't have changed much. Hard to see who can sort this mess that deepens game by game. Nevertheless, I wish him all the best and success in his career.

It was a cursed reign that's for sure. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong.

I think I remember him saying this early on. Alarm bells from that moment for many reasons.

Pochettino mould nothing.

He lost the biggest games.

For now just a firebrand motivator.

Can you see us offering that sort of contract... no... he wants to manage in the PL and by all accounts the United job is his if he wants it.

I can see us offering that type of contract yes. Do you think Jose and Conte were on peanuts?
If De Zerbi would take the job in our current position with other potential big jobs coming up in the summer is another thing?

I wouldn't be surprised if the fuckin Macarena starts doing the rounds at this point.....

It never stopped in Lincolnshire!!

I’ll say it again: chris hughton

I don’t want a club man remembered for taking us down. And not sure the players need anything more right now than a charismatic leader to believe in.

Forest was a huge game. Going to be really hard for any manager and come in and pick these players up after that.

3 away games out of the next 4. We really need to find some of that away form we started the season with.
Amazingly we are still Top 10 for away form.

It's not.

3 weeks is a long time to shake off the disappointment.

We need

A good manager, respected in the football world, someone who has seen it all and done it all and who is happy to kick the big egos square in the haw-maws

Send for Van Bommel

My dad died in 2019 and I'm still not sure I'm over it

I imagine spurs is the last thing he cares about right now

But - I don't know the club will recognise that, do whats in their best interests, and ultimately what's in Tudors

So, who knows?

If you what to look at it as a one off.

I’m more of a bigger picture person

I’m looking at the whole of this calendar year. That was a massive game and we’ve failed to turn up in a big way. As we have done for 3 months repeatedly.

Last 13 games. 0 wins. 5 points from possible 39.

Even Burnley have got more points than us over that period. Awful.

This squad have serious problems to sort out. Maybe 3 weeks away from each other will be exactly what they need though. Fuck knows.

Here’s a mad idea; call up Klopp, offer him a million each game in charge until end of season. Then tell him we’ll double it if he can avoid relegation.

Money talks. 14m for two months work, and it’s a drop in the ocean compared to if we get relegated

Would he really want to risk his reputation at this stage in his career though ?
