Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

As mental as it sounds, I'm not against Tim with some help from Harry coming in. No guarantee it will work of course but it's better than having someone else who doesn't get the club coming in and following Tudor's errors.
It doesn't need a tactics bord or a philosophy anymore.
Play players in the positions THEY are best in and massage their ego's to get a performance out of them.
Offer them all a survival bonus and a release clause this summer.

100%, but it must happen in the next 3 or 4 days.

Whoever it might be needs to obviously be considered to be good enough, but would probably need to come with 2 sets of promises.

1. To give significant funds to get us back up if we got relegated.

2. Significant funding if we stay up and willingness to sell/move on those players who are not wanted.

There's probably a 3rd but it's Monday.
1 no chance
2 no chance
3 no chance

Also read the de Zerbi speculation now.

Looking at our current dipshit idiots in executive positions I can provide an outline how it goes -

First of all - we are desperate as hell, so we overpay him. A lot.
Second part of the plan - we fail to put in adequate relegation clause into the contract and as we play "spirited football" in last 15 minutes of the decisive game, then the idiots at helm "have seen enough positives to keep him on" and basically hold him in position against his will.
Third part - he is totally disinterested after relegation is secured.
Fourth part - he vouches for worst and least fitting options on the transfer market, on whom we waste significant amounts of money
Fifth part - he is in bad mood from first second of the season, we lose 6 out of the first 7 games in Championship and he still has to be sacked and paid out in full amount.

Literally that is the level of "strategic planning" that our current imbeciles are capable of ...

I want Poch to lead the rebuild after the World Cup, so any appointment needs to be temporary.

A temporary appointment doesn't work for these players cos they are shitcunts who think themselves above the club.

I don't like de Zerbi...just like I didn't like the Frank appointment...and I don't want him stopping Poch coming back.

So the issue is, as it was two months ago, who do we get that will be happy to be only temporary but have enough about him that the players don't roll their eyes like the pricks they are?

I'd be happy if we find a Poch-esque manager who we can look to build something, like he did back in the day but I do not trust Vinai or Lange to get it right.

TLDR: We're screwed.

He doesn't get the club, he's thrown the club under the bus at any opportunity, until some of his pals in the media started pushing for his name to be included in any interim talks and suddenly he loves us again. He's an utter wombat and I'd rather have George Graham in charge over Tim cocking Sherwood - at least most knew where Graham's allegiances were, Tim did and does his best to hide it

Waiting for Poch plays big part why we are screwed. And to be honest im getting mad at Poch and idea od his return because of it (but ofc its not his fault)

We haven't sacked Frank in November/December, because Vinai wanted to just finish season with him so Poch could came after WC.

We haven't hired permanent manager once Frank was finally sacked in February - because again - Vinai just wanted to avoid relegation without any commitment to temporary manager so Poch could came after WC.

And i think they will do same mistake again - and as result we will end without Poch and without Premier League.

I just hope they hurry up and make a decision so we can go a single day without seeing Redknapp and Tactics Tim twerking on TalkSport and Sky Sports!

:harrysmile::sherwoodlol:

I loved Harry, but feck me, you can have too much of a good thing!

So we are going to axe Tudor and (apparently) replace him with another person nobody knows in Adi Whatshisname.

Literally repeating the same mistake. I haven't seen a more blatant example of deliberate self sabotage since the British Government over the last 30 years.
It’s comical at this point. Has any club in a relation battle ever sacked their manager. Then sacked the guy brought in specifically to get them out of said relegation battle.

You couldn’t make this up.
