Igor blimey.
What difference does it make? All he has to do is instill some belief and not lose the dressing room for 3 months.
Draw v Scum
+ 2 more wins v teams around the bottom.
= 36 points.
Probably enough to walk away with our thanks.
Some people just like to complain.Think it's kinda funny that most people on here wanted a tough, experienced manager that plays attractive football, is renowned for giving squads a kick up the arse and has a rep for specialising in short term gigs.
But cos hes not well known in England its a complete joke of an appointment?
Dont love Tudor but he's a better interim option than about 80-90% of the names ive seen suggested on here. And most of the better ones probably wouldn't come as interims anyway.
It's a valid concern. But cos hes not well known in England its a complete joke of an appointment?
I got a bad feeling about this appointment. I feel in simple terms, it immediately decreases public confidence going forward. Well, I mean for spurs fans... Bringing Harry in would have instantly increased confidence!
Because Carrick is saturated in the feel and expectations of UTD. He's part of the furniture there.Carrick was sacked by Middlesbrough for 18 loses in a season.
Hasn't stopped him reviving United
No offence taken. Which part is nonsense?
I'll start the go fund me pageIf he gets 3 points against the goons and it stops them winning the league, build the buy a statue
That's true.5 draws and 3 losses in his last 8 games, losses away to Lazio, Como and Real Madrid. Might get a tune out of Muani.
Harry, who's nearly 80 years old, and football has moved on massively since his time.I got a bad feeling about this appointment. I feel in simple terms, it immediately decreases public confidence going forward. Well, I mean for spurs fans... Bringing Harry in would have instantly increased confidence!
Game v Forest is the 6-pointer.It's a risk but Igor only has to find 10/11 points from these 12 fixtures... I've ranked each fixture from 1 - 12 to indicate my view on difficulty with 1st being our easiest game and 12th being our hardest game. I've also done a little write up - enjoy
WOOLWICH - 10th - why not 12th? It's a derby and they are starting to creek... you never know but yeah probably lose
Fulham - 8th - a bit of a bogey team for us and first real test for Igor... a point here could be crucial
PALACE - 3rd - we beat them at Selhurst with Frank so confident we can beat them at home under Igor
Dippers - 11th - we never win at Anfield
FOREST - 4th - they are a bigger shit show than us... another golden opportunity for 3 pts
Sunderland - 7th - they aren't as hot as they were at the start of season but this looks tough
BRIGHTON - 2nd - they look bang in trouble and sinking fast... excellent opportunity for 3 pts
Wolves - 1st - this is our best chance for 3 pts... up there with Derby as worst PL team of all time
Villa - 9th - they have injuries and Europe but they are far better than us
LEEDS - 6th - tough to split Leeds and Everton but put Leeds as more difficult as they might need a point or two
Chavs - 12th - no write up needed
EVERTON - 5th - put them as easier than Leeds as think they'll be on the beach at this point
To summarise
Games 1st to 6th are games we should not be losing... 3 wins 3 draws will be fine
Games 7th to 8th are tough away assignments but if we defend well and get some luck we might get a point
Games 9th to 12th are difficult and probably not getting anything from these
I think our ceiling with a new manager is about 15 points (4 wins and 3 draws)
Our floor is about 8 points (2 wins and a couple of draws)
Middle is about 12 points (3 wins 3 draws)
It'll be tight but confident we stay up...
