Yeah, Tudor isn’t some amazing manager, but yesterday was not on him. Whoever thinks Mason or Redknapp would do something better is delusional. It’s time to look at these players and blame them rather than manager who has been here for 3 weeks.Thought his lineup selections had improved. VdV's red unfortunately an event horizon of sorts for assessing Igor's performance- it's hard to really judge anyone playing in such circumstances, ones in which anyone would look rather poor.
ExactlySo many "ifs" and "buts"....
They havent even brought his assistant in yet!
It was mostly VDV and Vicario as well reallyYeah, Tudor isn’t some amazing manager, but yesterday was not on him. Whoever thinks Mason or Redknapp would do something better is delusional. It’s time to look at these players and blame them rather than manager who has been here for 3 weeks.
It’s not like you need amazing tactics to beat Fulham or Palace. It’s just fight and determination on the pitch which these cunts aren’t showing.
I agree with their sentiments that the players confidence is on the floor so coming out with the likes of what he did after the fulham game etc isn't going to improve that and the pampered bunch of pricks would respond to an arm around the shoulder, whispering in the ear that they are great etc is likely to get a better reaction.I listened as well. Usually think it’s the best pod for Spurs.
Honestly felt that episode reeked of smug, magnanimous bullshit when they spoke about Tudor. They were all so certain they are right that he’s not the message needed and what’s needed isn’t a guy with a lifetime as a player and coach but some kind of “vibes man “.
They might be right but listening to them just made me think Tudor might just get his message across after that Palace game.
I think his tactics are the problem though. That is my concern.I listened as well. Usually think it’s the best pod for Spurs.

If Liverpool is a horrendous loss, then that can change things.
But if they turn up for Atleti and that’s not impossible, he probably has until the international break imo. If he gets 3 points vs Forest or Liverpool he survives the season

I will be extremely disappointed in the clubif we don't prioritize prem survival the rest of the season. I want to see top lineups in the Prem before I see CL prioritized. We are an absolute mess right now.
It's a tricky balance of needing to absolutely prioritize the league while also wanting to find some sort of spark of momentum and not letting levels drop any further than they already have.I will be extremely disappointed in the club if we don't prioritize prem survival the rest of the season. I disagree. Winning breeds confidence.I will be extremely disappointed in the club if we don't prioritize prem survival the rest of the season. I want to see top lineups in the Prem before I see CL prioritized. We are an absolute mess right now.
We weren’t struggling in MF until the red card. They had Wharton under control with Sarr and our MF was winning the physical battle. After the red, everything changed.Looking back at last night….
I do think the loss is more on Tudor than I initially thought.
1) when playing a back 3, and with a porous midfield. Should you play your best DM on the right of the back 3 ? NO.
2) your goalkeeper is a horrific mess, who should have been dropped months ago, with a highly nervous back 3, which contains a CDM, should you keep picking that Goalkeeper ? NO.
3) when you need the crowd with you from the start, should you set up your team to start slow and ponderous? NO.
4) Do you pick a striker who has 1 goal this season above a striker who has 9 ? NO.
5) Following a sending off, do you decide to sub two players @ 40 minutes, rip apart any remaining cohesion, and risk conceding more, or do you shut up shop. Until Half Time and regroup - the answer is the latter.
6) when chasing the game, do you keep your top scorer and also your single creative player on the bench for the majority of the second half ? NO
You’re absolutely bang on, the problem is the players 100%, but unfortunately those same players are also our only way out of this, and I think being the thin skinned bunch of losers that they are, they don’t seem to respond to a manager that tells them a few home truths.Yeah, Tudor isn’t some amazing manager, but yesterday was not on him. 1. Porro played right of the back 3 so not sure what you're on aboutLooking back at last night….

There’s talk in reputable outlets like BBC/Guardian that the club is already considering a change. Hopefully we get someone else in charge over the weekend.
The players need someone to build up their confidence, get them to relax and enjoy being out there. Tudor is not going to make things better, he’s played 3 incredibly negative line ups and shipped 9 goals in 3 games. He’s not what we need.
As mad as it is, I’m coming round to the idea of Redknapp. The players need some love, as bad as they’ve been I do have some sympathy for them. The lack of ambition and sporting acumen within the club has turned things toxic and it brings out the worst in everyone. We need someone who can lift that cloud and Tudor is just not that guy.
