I agree. Poch had the best Spurs side in years and fluffed so many semis and final, with poor tactics and decisions. Yes, he wasn't backed, but that the way of ENIC, not to buy quality players, or even no players.
I don't have the answer, but I'm sure it isn't Poch. He's hardly done anything amazing since he left us and I feel there are more progressive managers out there, I just don't know who could be available and interested.

Yeah feels our only hope now is to get away from the back 3. This group have never shown any evidence of knowing how to play it.

It's a shame our "midfield upgrades" have been such a disaster. As things stand, Bentancur is still comfortably our best 6 and I'd have Gray/Bergvall over any combo of Xavi/Gallagher/Palhinha/Biss/Sarr.
That back 4 + Vic was once lauded as one of the best in the PL. Overhyped yes but clearly can be very good on their day. It's such a shame Udogie is a complete crock. All balance in the team goes out the window when he doesnt play.
