Manager Igor Tudor

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

having run copilot ( like A Pro & Like Lange would do ) the outcome was:

Option A. Sam Alladyce. Stabiliser most likely to get > 1 point per game and keep the club up. Age and time out if the game not relevant. Most likely to turn defeats into draws which is the most important change.

Option B. Ryan Mason. Pragmatic and effective in previous interim positions. Likely to get more than 1 point per game.

Option C. Ryan Mason + experienced senior influencer. Emotional uplift and stability and pragmatic combination.

Also pointed out that changes to managers & the bounce is not as big a thing as many people incorrectly assume. The bounce is rarely if ever as high as assumed.

It’s all about what coach can get 1 point per game or better over 9 fixtures ( really 7 as we ain’t getting shit at Anfield or second hand fridge )

What an utter fucking mess we are.
Really, it is such a mess that I'm beginning to think we get Harry and Keano in (Harry leads), whilst also having offered Keano the job (wether we go down or not).

We must bring Harry in to raise spirits, though.

He has a way about him, making him the best option to get them relaxed and playing.

We bring in Dougie Freedman and give Keane 3 years to start a new era with one of our own.

Only way he comes, and it covers both bases - stay up/go down.

He knows who we are, fans adore him.

We need to get back to basics and back to spurs,

Weed out all the dickheads and forge forward with a rebuild that carries the heart and soul of the club.

I'd trust both him and Freedman to bring in honest, genuinely talented players who'll fight for this club.

Not these wet noodles we've collected.

Fans would need to chill and reset and allow the transformation to happen and for the awful acceptable-losing habit inserted into them, to be slowly weeded out.

Tudor will be gone after Liverpool game imo. However the shit we are in is not his mess. Hes walked into it. Its the board culpable hiring diabolical inept managers last 3 years. Plus over the 25 years of enic it's been way more pain than glory. ENIC need to sell up and get the fuck out. They've outstayed their welcome. Tudor is right though. Stop crying and fight.

I probably stand alone here, but wtaf is everyone on about, calling for Robbie Keane?
He's managing in Hungary ffs.

A) he isn't gonna walk away before the end of their season with a title on the table and possible Europa progress

B) he has as much (if not less) experience of high level football management as Noclue

C) why ruin the poor guy? You wouldn't do it to Ledley

Yeah, all our managers are shite.
Nothing to do with years of neglect and complacency.
From Poch (new house needs new furniture) all the way to Tudor (the problems are bigger), Jose/Conte/Ange all left with the same feeling. Yet it's the fucking coach.
Look at the fucking squad he has to deal with. Take into account the madness of red cards by leaders. The injury toll that is at laughable levels.
The irony is palpable.

Its the old adage its easier to sack the manager than sack the team, (or sack the people who brought the players)..but at some point though.....ITS NOT the manager

This season it has been the manager and the players and the board, compounded by years of incorrect profiling and squad building. And injuries - which has also been building. There’s too much football, not enough recovery and no time to work on the training pitch. It all meets for a terrible concoction of shitness.
