He seems to have most of the team onside here. No VdV or Romero and he only has to manage the egos of Vic and Xavi. Clearly a more compact and settled team. Richy led by example. RKM as an impact sub. Only Spence id maybe move out for attitude - but he’s about the only player with any pace.
