Interesting how many are saying he deserves the Forest game......fair play, fantastic result today but next week is a mahoosive game. We are running out of games to make a change if that's what we really want.

Worth pointing out in the games we’ve lost under him, we’ve had to deal with some shite circumstances.

1) Woolwich - Robbed of an equaliser
2) Fulham - No foul given for their first goal
3) Palace - 1-0 up & then VDV has a bozo moment
4) Atletico - Shambolic individual mistakes

Even today the free kick was never a foul & another GK mistake.

The margins aren’t major, we just need to stick to a settled formation & team.
Then pray we get the rub of the green along the way.

Said numerous times before; he was brought in to bag 7-9 points over a dozen matches.... Not to ace his first few.

He's up and running now........ Players to return.... Forest (17th), Sunderland (13th), Brighton (12th), Wolves (20th) & Leeds (15th) to come....

Think it makes sense to give him the Forest game now. Battling away draw against a bogey team with half our squad out - that's a positive sign. And with the Atletico game in midweek any new manager would barely get 2 days on the training pitch.

If we lose the Forest game then we're practically forced to twist one more time, but I think changing right now could potentially do more damage than good- we'd risk disrupting what might, finally, be a spark of something under Tudor. Plus after the Forest game a new manager would at least get serious time to work with the players and get their ideas across.

8 games left, 10 points I think is what's needed, 12 to be sure.

Beat Forest and we've virtually got a 5 point cushion back with us given our goal difference.

It's a monster of a game, especially with an international break and injured players getting a further 3 weeks to recover.

Did it work though, or were Liverpool just shit and we scuffed one in.

I wouldn’t be breaking out the champagne just yet.

The goal we scored wasn’t the only chance created though.

Ricky had enough chances for a hattrick and the Gray cross that skimmed his head wasn’t far off either.

It was far from pretty and Liverpool definitely ran out of gas but I still felt we had the best chances in the first half as well

No point changing before the Forest game. I think he’s worked out now who is up for it and needs to play (Richy, Danso, Gray). We also have players coming back. This team, with some confidence and our support, can smash Forest.

Vicario
Danso — Romero — VDV
Porro — Gray — Sarr — Udogie
Muani — Solanke — Richy

Subs: Austin, Spence, Dragusin, Palhinha, Gallagher, Olusesi, Simons, Tel,

.. with hopefully a few of Kudus, Bergvall, Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski back in early April.

Lots of positives from the game - gutsy performance, willingness to use academy players . Also we will get more injured players back over the next few games.

I think he will get, at least, the Forest game and if we beat them, it would ease the pressure on getting relegated and the owners will likely keep him until the end of the season. It would suit the owners, as they would then, not need to pay compensation for another short term replacement as well as being able to get their preferred managerial choice in the summer without paying compensation to another club (if it’s Poch or another manager who is unemployed in the summer).

Just need him to use players in their best / strongest positions from now on.

Hopefully the penny has dropped that in the premier league 4 at the back is king. This squad of players. It has to be a 4. And then utilise our physicality up front. It’s not pretty but it’s effective.

Looked so much better just by the fact all the players knew exactly what they were meant to be doing.

If he goes back to playing a back 3 I will have to count to 1000 and write violence is not the answer 100 times and hope my therapist is right.

He can’t be that fucking stupid surely. Don’t let me down Igor. Please.

Not sure the formation was the issue, it's what we were doing OOP whilst playing it, the m2m press was killing us
