It seems ever since that incident happened where he collapsed during the championship game he's never really found form. 0 goals and 0 assists is really worrying (Imo) Needs some goals and assists.
Might be a good idea to extend his loan at Stoke through next fall. He seems to have found regular minutes and good form there. Ideal situation would be that Stoke are promoted and Clarke's loan becomes a prem loan but looks like it won't happen this season.

Yea, I also went to see - today was the first time he got full game there. But what is really nice is that he has been used in every single game he has been there. And todays was his 2nd assist of the season. Hope he continues to do well and accumulate playing time !
That is great news for him. Needs to stay to continue his run. He won't get the minutes here and to finally find confidence is something you have to capitalize on.
Yea, agreed. At this point it seems more reasonable for him to stay for one more year - this 3,5 months is not really enough. Maybe if he'd joined from 01.01, played 90 in all games and really scoring and assisting a lot, maybe then. But now it is surely too little time.
No point of disrupting his progress with extended period on bench again.
