Jake Heath, a prominent figure behind the scenes at West Ham, has bid farewell to the club to embark on a new journey with Tottenham.

He was the Head of Supporter Engagement at West Ham for 7 years, working with the Hammers from November 2016 until last month.

Now, Heath is set to bring his expertise to Tottenham, where he will assume the same role. His transition to Tottenham, effective from February 2024, has been officially confirmed by him through his personal LinkedIn account.
Heath’s recruitment aligns with the ongoing behind-the-scenes changes at Tottenham, marked by significant appointments such as Scott Munn as Chief Football Officer and Johan Lange as Sporting Director.
Most recently, Spurs’ Chief Commercial Officer Todd Kline resigned from his post and joined Chelsea. He was brought in to secure naming rights for the club’s stadium but the American executive failed to secure a deal in almost 3 years.
Heath’s appointment underscores Tottenham’s commitment to fostering a more proactive and engaging relationship with their supporters, signalling a positive shift in the club’s approach to fan engagement.
