Lovely video, didn't expect to watch all of it. Glue was mentioned above, clearly puts in a lot of work to lift those players. Really hope his recovery goes as well as it can

That's a brilliant behind the scenes.
I watched it last night, and found it quite emotional.
Think we forget sometimes that professional footballers are just young men who go through trials and tribulations like all human beings, but because of the money they earn, they don't necessarily get any feelings of sympathy that others would get.
I loved the camaraderie and support of the players, especially Rod, Destiny and Dragusin, who have had to go through their own painful recovery journey.
The banter shows how close a unit they are, do we have Ange to thank for that, with Thomas keeping up the work? Love how he teases Archie and kept calling Pedro 'Peter'.
I'm hoping that this vlog is giving him something else to focus on and that we aee him in action by the end of the year, maybe from the sub's bench in the CL final? Now that would be a beautiful ending to the last chapter of this story.

He introduced greeting ALL staff affectionately, EVERYDAY, and the players to greet each other affectionately, including academy.
Was very smart, as teams usually form tight cliques which can be fractious.
You'll still get stronger relationships here and there, naturally, but that -- now ingrained -- behaviour of looking to connect and engage on a deeper level with all your teammates (and staff) and make sure you look after them all (and they you), was very deliberate by Poch and still bears fruits today.
Forms great cohesion.
I'm still annoyed at him for not starting Lucas in the CL final (and a couple other things), but he nailed it with this.
And still the most technically skilled in our squad.
