Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Speaking to my old man today, he said Donley would be mad to leave the Orient, make him right.
Keep doing it at the O,s for a couple more years , better than getting 2 min every now and again at our toxic club at the moment.

His loan has been an absolute beauty.

Had to really fight his way in, now has acclimated the hustle and bustle of men’s English league football, I watched his last game before his first goal involvement and was worried as the game was still passing him by way too much.

Let’s hope him and Keeley continue the season in great form and become either squad options or championship loan certs with teams who will say “he’s going to be our first team 1/10”.

If Orient go up, would like them to stay there TBH.

He was the standout player when I went to watch the u23s last season.

Just goes to show the gap between that level and men’s football. It’s taken him a while to find his feet. And like you say. Game is still passing him by playing with men.

Hope he keeps progressing. Time is on his side.

I was thinking about that the other day. It was a weird move at the time and maybe he was just trying to get him on the pitch. But ultimately utterly pointless for the player.
We paid relatively big money for a young player Gray, who was playing well in a lesser league at the time, now we have Solomon, and Donley playing well in lesser leagues too and we're short on players. Shouldn't we recall them to help out now?

Probably better for Donley to play every week though.

As for all the stuff about playing Donley LB in pre season. Young Players need to play. Playing multiple positions is good for them. Not playing is bad for them.
