KWP tbf I think needs a proper run he's been to in and out Aurier however is just braindead defense wise that can't be ironed out unfortunately
....Hense I'm not convinced getting a new RB that's also iffy at the back is the answer.
Aaron's is at least young enough to be taught to be better at the back however.
Also I think the system we play highlights our fulkback issues we are asking players like Son and Eriksen to track back and help out and they just can't. We get a proper DM in who can clean a mess up before it gets to our 1/3 we will.look much better
So Eriksen on the bench then? Finally!I think this team with a decent DM would be a match for most
Gazza.
New RB, Foyth , Sanchez, Davies
New DM
Moura. GLC. Ndombele Son
Kane
Like to see us Sell
Lloris , Toby, Wanyama, rose And Aurier

Erisken is sweeping out the toilets
I like him a lot but he is a limited footballer. It's a lot of money for a guy who cannot help you play out from the back. I have seen him make tasty vertical passes, but only really when the opposition have just lost possession and there are gaps to be exploited......Our resident scouts got a verdict on this chap?
Is this the DM we're all dreaming of?
Very torn on this TW: love the idea of buying 3/4 of these type of young players who we seemed to linked with for £10m, who end up moving on the following for £50m as the next big thing. Take a few punts in the hope at least one pays off which covers the rest.
However, looking at the opportunities afforded to the likes of KWP (and potentially Skipp going down this road) I worry we won’t actually give anyone the chance to play enough to develop into the players they can be. And we seem to be very bad at picking appropriate loans. I appreciate its a conundrum at a lot of top clubs.
I suppose we’ll probably have Europa next year to blood them all like Woolwich are doing.
A few lines comparing him to Fabinho from the below website:
![]()
Fabinho joined Liverpool in the summer of 2018 for a fee in the region of €45m and plays in a similar position, so it seems fair to compare the two. So far this season, Zakaria has recorded a WhoScored rating of 7.27 in the Bundesliga, compared to Fabinho’s 7.02. Zakaria also beats Fabinho for blocks and interceptions per-game, whilst also being dribbled past by opposition players almost half as much.
There is no denying that Fabinho is a top player, or he would not be anchoring the midfield of one of the best teams in the world, which makes Zakaria’s statistics all the more impressive. It also suggests that €50m would represent a good deal for Tottenham if they went through with the move.
