He is not very dynamic at all. Most people screaming for him haven't watched him. He's a competent footballer but dynamism is not a quality he possesses. And one of the qualities he does have would get pressed out of him in the PL. I would rather Dier play DM than waste money on this guy...and I wanted Dier out of our MF a few years ago.
folks are just desperate.
Didn't watch any CL games but did pick up a few league games last season. Came away thinking the best two players were the 2 that left to bigger leagues/teams (Trossard to BHA and Mav????ski to Atalanta). And beyond not getting around the pitch I was hoping to see some spraying of passes which I did not. hard to believe some what to clog the squad with average foreign players when we are suffering getting rid of that very type now.I’ve only watched him once in anger; the CL Liverpool tie. I admit to being a *little* underwhelmed, but by all accounts he shone in the return leg. Agree he’s not dynamic but he *might* be able to beat the press. Seems to be capable of gliding past players and might just have a deceptive turn of pace. Looks like the sort of fella that will draw a lot of fouls too.
But scouts certainly seem to share you’re view as no one is biting. Then again, he might just have a quiet agent who is relaxed about getting him a move.
with a transfer?Eriksen was a top 5 player of the club in the last decade. A shame how it ended
I see Haaland scored another two goals tonight, making it just the five in two game.
Obviously Dortmund didn't get the memo about no strikers being available, no good deals being possible in January and anyway, it's all a bit of a risk so probably not worth bothering with
Oh come on with this. Haaland signed for Dortmund before the window even opened on 29 Dec. Kane was injured on 1 Jan.I see Haaland scored another two goals tonight, making it just the five in two games.

Imagine that, acting swiftly!Oh come on with this. Haaland signed for Dortmund before the window even opened on 29 Dec. Kane was injured on 1 Jan.
There was no way Haaland was coming here to be Kane's backup.
Haaland proving that buying a decent striker in Jan and you can reap the benefits. Not to say we should of got Haaland, but my point still stands. Fucking around like we do and we will get burnt. Ridiculous to think we have no natural striker right now.

Concentrate on the centre of the image and repeat.....
January is very difficult and the club is doing everything it possibly can to fill the gaping holes in our squad

January is very difficult and.......
Yeah, but BVB already had a striker as well. Imagine negotiating a transfer from a position of strength with an eye toward to future instead of last minute scraping for emergency needs. Imagine all the transfers, playing for the team...you may say I'm a dreamer but I'm not the only one.Oh come on with this. Haaland signed for Dortmund before the window even opened on 29 Dec. There's a massive difference in joining a team with Paco Alcacer and a team with Harry Kane.Yeah, but BVB already had a striker as well. Nonsense. Not if you are BVB. Harry wouldn't work in BVB (not mobile enough) and the only reason they went after Haaland is Paco is hurt all the time not because he doesn't produce. There's a massive difference in joining a team with Paco Alcacer and a team with Harry Kane.
