I think people are misunderstanding the hate for Giroud. It's not that his a former Arse/Chelski player.

It's that he is......how do I put this politely.....incredibly sh!te.

Fucking horse-faced cunt. Looks like the bastard child of Jimmy Hill. Theres no misunderstanding though, he is properly shit but he played for Woolwich and the <removed>s as well. Double cuntery if you ask me.
 
Giroud would be underwhelming to say the least. Leaving out past rivalries, he's a worse Llorente. If we're doing that we might as well have got the slightly better Llorente (who happens to actually be called Llorente).

Giroud at 33 will be better than the Llorente we got I reckon. Llorente's last genuinely quality spell as a footballer was his time at Swansea. Is Giroud younger than Nando is/ was when we signed him?

Edit, Llorente turns 35 next month, would have been 36 by the time his contract desired with us had expired. Giroud doesn't turn 34 until next season.
