not falling for those tricks againThis thread is pointless till around 30th of Jan when transfer penny pinching becomes more viable as clubs look to do deals out of desperation.

conte averages 2-3 yrs, it would be spursy if he went in the summerIf we get no-one and Woolwich get Vlahovic this thread will blow.
No. That's why he has the defibrillator, to avoid any situation like that again. The thing is, in Italy it's not allowed to play with one, while in England it is.If eriksen was to return would anyone else be absolutely terrified any time he was on the pitch playing ?
levy's mindset on transfers is
But we could have ENIC spending more money and still have a self sustaining model!
If not anything, investing in transfers could actually increase the value of the club by even more than we spent.
Ie if we spent £100m extra in transfers; the better footballing results, CL qualification, brand enhancement etc. may actually get back more than £100m.
We were near the bottom with Woolwich from 2010-2020; but since then they have spent more than us.
Even now, according to reliable sources (Ornstein), they have the funds to buy Vlahovic (who luckily doesn't want to go there); while we're penny pinching over whether we can get Adama on a loan with obligation to buy rather than normal transfer.
Ahhh... for the first time a chart gets posted andArcwho?
Someone posted a net investment chart here a number of days back and it showed that over the last TEN years very little seperated us, Arse & Liverpool on that front (yes, we were shown to be at zero)... I can't remember who it was that posted it or I'd 'go fishing'.
You don't want to see that mate!Yep, data in the last 5 years is very clear- and damning for ENIC.
Is there any data for previous 10 or 15 years mark?
Well said mate. Great post.TBF mate buying players and money is a pretty hard topic to keep seperate.

I have so little hope of getting any business done in this window. I at least hope that we move on some players we aren’t going to use like Bergwijn, Dele, Rodon, Ndombele, Doherty. Don’t want the club to have any excuses not be making moves early in the Summer.

Financial stats of this nature are just a picture of a moment in time.....

Are you seriously saying that a tongue in cheek remark has led you (and others) to believe he definitely works for ENIC? Fucking hell, get a grip
