How many matches have you been watching of both?
A good few, I do take time to watch Ajax since the days of De Ligt and De Jong.

I saw his goal at the weekend, it was finished with class and aplomb, however my initial view still stands. He's very athletic and strong, but ultimately for the EPL I think he'd be a bit short and vulnerable to some of the big attackers, and let's face it, he would be targeted relentlessly if he showed any weakness. Schuurs has already shown up well against some of the players in the EPL and his stature and power would be a better fit for a PL centre half. I'd take Timber, but I feel he couldn't play CH, but DM? Definitely a possibility

We will spend nothing and I'm not necessarily against it. I don't want us to waste money on more bang average players who have been scouted twice.

Survive till the summer, appoint a manager who can undergo a painful rebuild, and give HIM the backing.

Without the hurdle of Paratici too

Really want hear the crowd yelling "Timmmmber!"

I wanted him in January 2020 when he was available from Championship Hull - home grown and a decent goalscoring winger/striker.

We could still buy him and not need to move anyone on as we an HG space (which is important), and at age 24 is the right age still. Would certainly help our attacking options this season - and probably a better option than 28 year old Lucas Moura in the longer term who I would probably want to upgrade on in the summer. Probably best use of an HG spot in January. 8 goals and 5 assists in PL last season for Wham

Really doubt if Wham would want to sell him to us though ?

Nah, indeed.... Don't see why they would and if they did they'd surely want a fortune now?

We were linked during the window the WH eventually bought him...... Things like this get on my tits.... Just take that punt whilst they're still cheap.

The only way we spend any money in January is if either Kane leaves, we're in a relegation battle or both.
If the people spending the money are the same ones spending it since 2017 it's probably best we don't spend anything. We'll just get more shit, unsuitable players like we've been doing since 2017.

We need to allow Paratici some leeway to get rid of our current scouting team and get his own people in who can hopefully do a better job than the current bunch of jokers.

If Harry is going to keep jogging around then we need to get a second striker in in January.

Call Madrid, offer to take Jovic off their hands for 6 months. Do something.

I reckon the top of our list of needs is a new midfielder, a proper dm that allows Hojbjerg to be more box to box. Skipp has promise but he just isn't good enough at the moment to be starting week in week out.

I really like the look of Palhinha, he would finish off a midfield 3 alongside Hojbjerg, Dele/Ndombele/Lo Celso.

I shan't vouch for the quality of analysis, but I guarantee it'll be lively! :)
