Vlahovic would be the guy that seems to be most available and fills a need. Whether or not he is considered top talent right now is debatable.
De Ligt, if actually available is another one that I think if available would be great to get. Although if the De Vrij links are true I am not sure how De Vrij, De Ligt and Romero all fit.
I would at least take a look at Bastoni and Barella, but doubt either guy goes.
I am not sure I believe he will leave but there have been rumours about Frenkie De Jong, he would be ideal for the Pirlo/Brozovic/Fabergas role I keep complaining about.
I like Phillips but not sure he is a. available b. a top player (I think so) or c. That I would want to pay the English tax on him.
Guys who aren't world class but that I think we could look at- McKennie, Bissouma (legal status pending of course), De Vrij and Brozovic,
I haven't watched as much football this year as in the past so my options are way more limited than they have been in the past. I wish I had better options.

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Rennes playmaker Lovro Majer – who has been likened to former Spurs ace Luka Modric.
That’s according to French news outlet Homme du Match, who claim that Tottenham are keen to lure Majer to North London.
It’s claimed that a January move is unlikely, but Majer could leave Rennes for England at the end of the season.
Majer is allegedly ‘at the top’ of Tottenham’s list of priorities for the summer window with Fabio Paratici planning
Manchester United and Bayern Munich are also thought to fancy Majer, but it’s Tottenham leading the race.
Majer is no stranger to that though. He has been compared to Modric for some time, even admitting it’s ‘nice’ to hear such things.
A former Dinamo Zagreb talent with a diminutive frame and outstanding technique, you can understand the likeness.
23-year-old Majer is a little more attacking though, and already has one goal and one assist in six Ligue 1 outings.
Majer only joined Rennes over the summer but could be flipped for quick profit to Tottenham.
If that proves to be the case, Majer would have the chance to emulate Modric again – and Tottenham fans would surely love if Majer could became even a fraction of the player Modric has been.

Think we need to be realistic the business we will do in this window will still be difficult to get any top end players who would have options with better teams plus moving any of our guys .I have got used to reading about this player and that and nothing comes about only a cheaper version signing . Hopefully with Conte he can swing one or two but will wait and see .
