Assuming they'd be no buyers it gets his salary off the wage bill
I get your point, but our attacking options are wafer thin as it is. We need players, not a lighter wage bill.

Hojbjerg's attacking output is pretty decent for a guy of his type. The issue people have with Hojbjerg is he can have a poor touch, skews passes, can be ghosted past by decent ball carriers, whiffs a good few tackles, doesn't have much range in his passing, waves his arms a lot when it's he who's at fault. On his day he keeps these flaws to a minimum, but he has more instances of these things creeping into his performance than a top player allows. He's a good player and I quite like him, he can also be very poor at times. That's kind of where we are with a lot of our players.I remember how much flak Dembele used to get from a certain section of the fans though. There were many who complained that he, 1) did not score enough, 2) did not create enough chances, 3) was a poor forward passer.
Quite a few fans don't seem to understand that the task for a DM is not to be the offensive spark but allow those players who've got the talents the freedom to express themselves and support them.
It's a little bit the same regarding Højbjerg (no, he's not close to Dembele, so that's not the point): he's a DM whose task is to support attacking players... NOT to be that attacking flair player, simply because he isn't that kind of player. N'Golo Kanté is a top class DM but you'll hardly seem him have much direct influence on the offensive.
Ndombele and GLC should always start ahead of him. especially if Skipp is already starting as well.
You can't accept the realities , certainly not on Locelso. Whatever PEH limitations he is available to play. Locelso and Ndombele are very likely done at Spurs. I had high hope for Tanguy knew little about the Argentine. But its been an epic flop.

I don’t want to turn this into another Covid thread; but basically the Omicron case growth is so mental it could actually run out of people to infect by late Jan.
So any measures like closing stadiums to fans wouldn’t have to last many weeks (and it may not happen at all).
Sack of training conesI would take 70% of what we paid for him. What would you take?

If team's didn't sign 'rivals rejects' then De Bruyne, Salah, Lukaku wouldn't be in the PL and smashing it.we shouldnt be after our rivals rejects

It makes very little sense from either side.
Why would Lo Celso want to go back to Betis? I understand him wanting to leave the PL but to a bigger club than Betis.
Why would we want to loan him out, that makes no sense at all.
Yeh, cos I bet the La Liga big boys will be queuing up for him.
