Ndombele sign for £55.5m over 6 years so according to FFP is worth £9.25m a year

He has been here 2.5 years so is currently worth £32.375m

Anything less than that is a loss according to ffp and I doubt we would get anywhere near that amount

It's the same math for anybody bought, is we sign a player for £10m for 4 year contract he is worth £2.5m a year on the books, but if we receive £20m for a player now we can count all of that on the balance book
You are getting confused with the clubs financials which amortises player value over contract term. I’m fairly certain FFP is a different metric

wonder if we move GLC & Ndombele on for next to nothing that will have an impact on FFP as we paid near £100M 2 years ago get back maybe £30-40M is that an FFP loss of £60M ?
does that then show against what we can spend now ?
I actually think that we’d actually get some fee for GLC, he at least performs well for Argentina.
Ndombele won’t go anywhere without us subsidising his wages.

Either way we’re not anywhere near the FFP breach levels. And it’s not like the club will spend that much money to get close to it anyways. Should just focus on getting rid of them

I think Kane is up to £300k ish but built on performance bonuses. He also didn't cost a penny to sign. This is what bugs me when people like a net spend list of PL clubs. 1 they don't show all the ins and outs so it really is vague but 2 is that it doesn't show what those players earn.

If we signed a £75m player on £75k a week that package is around £99m all in. Vs the other deal at nearer £199m

But on paper - we are competitive because we paid a similar fee for a player.
We are a club that lacks ambition , some are fine with it , some are not. There is a lot more of the latter than the former
The two sides will never agree ENIC and Spurs is as toxic as Brexit

Everyone did. It affected everyone.
We should be judged against everyone else.

And at the moment, the bugger clubs have been quiet. The likes of Villa though have been busy
The bigger clubs already have better squads. It could just be noise but is even looks like the scum will get the jump on us to a player we've been linked with since the summer. FFS.

I'm not sure why we are dragging bringing a few players in when it looks like we have small chance of 4th he's already said most of the players who were out against Chelsea won't play against Woolwich. Stating the obvious we miss son bad but the cover at defence is shocking and to have no back up striker what seems forever is absolute madness years upon years its been the same. Basically go out now get the players now now now

Let’s hope he’s playing mind games!

I’m at the stage of the window where I’m fed up getting annoyed at the situation. One which we all knew was going to happen. Just got to laugh now as fans or you’ll go mad.

FWIW, in Conte’s first transfer window at inter he got Ashley Young on 17/1 and Eriksen on 28/1 so he’s used to not getting transfers in on day one.

if we get an NFL franchise at some point , that has to be the plan you don’t borrow the money ENIC did for two games a year, I appreciate we will host other events , boxing and concerts . I see 3 scenarios if the money rolls in

1) They sell
2) They stay and keep the money for themselves
3) They invest massively in Spurs squad

i think it 50/50 which means I believe one of the options has zero chance , I wonder if you can guess which one I believe has zero chance

Other clubs dont give a fuck about ffp. Just hire expensive lawyers.

No, well sort of. The cost will be amortised across the contract length, for ffp Ndombele at the end of the year will have only 2/5 of the fee left. If we sell him that will be realised now rather than 1/5 next year and 1/5 the year after.

FFP is not an issue for us at all regardless.
