Transfers January 2022 - Transfer Window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It not just about Coutinho, our recruiters are simply terrible at picking the right players to sign. We have spent a lot of money on the wrong choices.

That’s why I’m not as desperate as transfers as a lot of people, I’ve no faith we will buy the right players. I know for certain signing Traore will be a mistake for instance. We aren’t really linked with anyone else are we? If we get anyone now it will be a random who nobody has linked us with I suspect. I know we won’t get in anyone who improves us though. Never happens in january.

Broadly thought to have a terrible attitude and he's just refused to sit on their bench......

Ndomele > Banished.
Enter: Ndombele 2.0

???

+ As with Lingard; why would they loan us a player to help us finish above them?
Wait, you’re telling me a rival club isn’t going to act strictly with an eye to maximizing the sell-on value of their asset and will take competitive aspects into account? Impossible!

And the bad attitude thing is a fair point too.

And he is versatile enough where he could rotate with either Kane as a 9, or with Son out on the left.
Yeah, I would love a player for whom any two of he, Kane and Son could play together up top in a 3-5-2

Is Dybala that player? Is Lucas Moura that player?

The issue is not having the proper midfielders for a CM3 isn’t it?

Of course, but this isn't some nobody, its Phillip fucking Coutinho, he must of been on our books. A player who was great in the PL, struggling overseas, been out there for a little while now... His availability in the next 6-12 months for the past 18 months or so would of been inevitable! Yet he we are, a top 6 club supposedly trying to become a big club, sleeping on big name players like Coutinho when we have ZERO classy CM/AM players in our whole squad... Absolute piss take!

Well this is United..... Known to be fairly haphazard with their money since the old fella left town.

Of course beefing up the attack would be a welcome, but MF is the problem in a lot of respects.

Hypothetically if our summer is shaping up to inc. Kessie & Dybala and both are free then surely we can front-load some dosh for a good CM now..... The golden question still seems to be whom though....?

I know Coutinho's debut has some people rattled, but he still wouldn't have addressed that core issue..... We need that partner for Skipp who has enough quality on the ball to get us on the front foot.

Dybala on a free would be an astounding move. Surely Paratici and Conte must be all over this. Cuti and Lo Celso can have a word.

The fuck do you know?
:dembelefingers:

Eriksen have consulted numerous top medical experts before making his decision - and of course any football league have consulted medical experts as to what conditions should bar a player from playing.

Research shows that most athletes CAN return to elite sport with an ICD, and ZERO elite athletes with an ICD have died from a heart attack during competitive sport.

So I ask again: What the fuck do you know since you hope that Eriksen’s wish is squashed? You pleb.
I would love to see Eriksen back. I was trying to make the point that it is safe for him to return so I'm not quite sure why you're getting your knickers in a twist.....

I agree, but it seems we are too obsessed about signing Traore. Again, an example of wrong choices and priorities.

Morons in charge.
