ST: Morata
AM: Diaz
CM: Amrabat
RWB: Some cunt

Dele, Ndombele, Rodon, Gil, Gio out.

Don Fab doing the lord's work.
I don't think we will get, or should prioritise, 2 new attackers.

If we get Diaz that's enough; it gives us enough cover for a Kane injury (Conte can move to 3-5-2 and play 2 of our wide players up front).

But we need to do a lot better in CM than Amrabat. It's all well and good getting rid of useless Ndombele and Dele; but we need a midfielder with a bit of technical quality- and given Amrabat can't make the Fiorentina first team I doubt he will add anything beyond PEH and Skipp.

As for RWB, there are still good options left. Lamptey ideal but expensive. Baku and Mukiele decent prospects in Europe. Djed from Championship.

Refused to get sucked in with this Díaz thing guys because the outcome is inevitable. Spurs have 0 intention of signing him like the countless other marque players “we have tried”. Just don’t fall for the clubs bullshit please.

Genk is an absolute breeding ground for good players so if our ex Viking goalie’s kid is the latest in their conveyor belt then I’m all for it.

As for Diaz, it seems to good to be true but every now and then we do get one, so I’m absolutely hoping. He may not be playing in the biggest priority area but we’re not exactly full of goalscorers and sometimes if you have the opportunity to buy class you have to buy class where it’s available.

Morata is a strange one. He’s always had everything except goals. However, Conte knows and likes him and at least he’s not brand new to this league so if true, there’s a lot of upside.

Lastly, Amrabat. I’ve been obsessively looking at his stats, reading write ups, watching highlights and going for as much as I can on him since were were linked and I’ve come round. I actually think he’s going to surprise it’s nicely if we get him. He has that combination of strength, an unlikely but effective dribble and an accurate pass, combined with aggression of the ball, that I actually think helps is at least not get overrun in the middle like we often are, and might even help us control the middle better than we do at the moment. He lacks the craft I crave but he seems to have the best bits of PEH and Winks and is a pretty good all round player.
