In short we'll have had a full year of match day revenue, with DOF and manager at the club for close to the whole season, and it'll be a summer window.

There is a lot of work that happens before an official bid is submitted. For a top talent like Diaz, you pre agree with the player and come in strong with your offer to buy. No lollylagging.
