I do not think that we would sign more than 2 players in Jan.
But if we would get Maddisson/Malinovski and a CB who can play CCB and LCB or CCB and RCB, it would be pretty nice. I think splashing 90 mil in January would be more than okay, given where we are, what we need to do and what are the ambitions.

If Udinese fall off a bit between now and end of January, I can see a small chance of us paying a few million to get Udogie in early. They are safe from relegation but still have a shot at Europe. If they lose a realistic shot at Europe, I can see them thinking it’s wiser to get a little cash.

It’s not a recall option (which means 1 team could trigger it) but I believe it still could be negotiated by both parties.
