That is beyond stupid, you don't even try to read what I'm saying.

Madders does not play some traditional CAM anyway. As I said - he ALREADY DID and DOES play a lot on either wing.

Why are you so massively fixiated on positions, instead of the basic and overall ability...that we should get to the field as much as possible to get good results.

I could not give less fucks if Madders thrifts from left to double up upon right and the wing is empty (which leaves room either for Udogie or someone from CM to push up from there).

.. and to add to that i think he has some sway with the hierarchy actively listening to him and doing something about it too... its probably helped with the new system of Munn being MD, possessing actual decision authority , rather than our old antiquated " levy knows best " and levys money googles💷🥽 judgement based view on everything.

Not every young player can be great value young blood punt like udogie, modric , bale , eriksen Sarr etc... there will be duds and they need to be handle in the right way swiftly and moved quickly on OR loaned out to maintain some value and make any loss as minimal as possibly.

The position that Son plays on the LWF is very different to the one Madders plays as L8.

They have rotations to cover each other which means you find all kinds of players in different positions but that doesn't mean that Udogie could play Madders' position as the L8 or that Madders could do his job as the LB inverted.

They're not going to sack him. That would be utter madness. He's a valuable asset that would cause them to lose so much more than they'd gain by sacking him. (large fee or goals)
He's been suspended from all aspects of football, so it's not like they have played him and supported him publically.
Brentford have done no more than they could, which is to carry on paying their employee and wait until a) he's no longer suspended and b) the window is open to decide what to do with him.

Going out on a limb, they may even have benefitted from this as his character may have reduced interest in him, making him easier for them to keep a hold of.

I think Brentford have stood by Toney. Whether or not you think that’s in the club’s own self interest, outwardly they have behaved decently towards Toney. I don’t think they should ‘sack him’ , and I never suggested they would or should.

Toney on the other hand, doesn’t have the decency to keep his mouth shut and is already publicly whoring himself out to other clubs before he’s even played a single game after 8 months out.

Bissouma is a difficult one. He's so comfortable on the ball, but also has let us down. Sarr's engine is mega important and Bentancur for me is the most underrated player in the league.

With Dragusin, Royal, Davies, Bissouma, Skipp, Hojbjerg*, Johnson, Werner and some youth to select as well, we are finally seeing some depth.

*I think Hojbjerg will be on the way out sooner or later.

Thomas Frank praising Reggie. We have signed a very good left back. Very good crosser and a very good left foot. Must have missed all those good crosses. Let’s hope Reggie can do well and get himself a permanent move to Brentford or elsewhere.
Originally looked a great signing for the first 6 months.
 
Just watched Nusa on YouTube (shouldnt judge him on that) but I can see what the fuss is about Sort of similar to Ansu Fati who went to Brighton.
Looks a lot more physical than Bryan Gil.
Buy Werner for 15m or Nusa for around 20m. No contest really. An absolute flying machine.
