Just over half way through the window, so time to look how all the clubs are doing
And Spurs sportingly helping Brentford into joint top place !

Spurs 2 (Dragosin and Werner loan)
Brentford 2 (Konak and Reguilon loan)
Burnley 1 (Fofana loan)
Luton 1 (Holmes loanback)
Sheffield U 1 (Brereton loan)
15 Other PL Clubs - zero incoming players !
Nothing to boast about really. A CB we needed in the summer window and Werner loan with option to buy. We'd have risked really upsetting Ange if we didnt move for a CB.

You will find a lot of fans at 15 PL clubs (75% of all PL clubs) thinking they needed players. And are disappointed now

Spurs have ensured they have their finances are in place so can do things.

So yes it is something Spurs have ensured can be done that it appears as if Woolwich, Liverpool, ManCity, ManU and others cannot do because they failed to get organised !

I don't care about fans of other clubs and what they need but I'm sure that the four clubs you mentioned can afford a 30m player if need be,

I don't think they can

Losing 19 points and not getting CL costs them maybe £!00m so not worth the risk of an FFP/Sustainability penalty
Come on of course Utd, City, scum and pool can afford a 30m player, they pay higher wages. I looked up the the Utd wage bill the other day and they hand out Ndombele wages for fun.

Please encourage Woolwich, for example, to do that. I'm sure a lot of Spurs fans to see Woolwich with a 10 point deduction .........

And seeing Woolwich fans having a riot against their club for being so stupid would be epic.

Not to mention ManCity likely having to plead guilty to a straightforward charge - and asking for a further 115 charges to be taken into account .......... :D :D

I can't believe you have missed Howe at Newcastle admit publicaly they need to sell players to be sure of avoiding sanctions, and most media naming 10+ PL clubs unable to do business due to FFP (including several of the 4 I mention). If you haven't is your name Rick Van Winkle ?

Your entire rationale that (eg) Utd can't be close to the FFP threshold is that they pay a fuck tonne out in wages???

Have you ever thought that this huge wage-bill is part of the reason why they can't spend any more money and had to loan Reguillon & Amrabat this summer?

Well I know Scum are backing out for a deal for Toney which is a shame but he doesn't cost 30m. City on't be spending on a 100m players but I think they will keep finding a way around FFP rules and Newcastle and other clubs I wasn't talking about, just the 4 you mentioned,
