Transfers January Transfer Thread 2024

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

When opposition fans on forums and YouTube are hating on Levy and asking what has changed, what’s going on?

When Tottenham fans are loving what’s going on and suddenly expressing more respect and love for Levy.

You know we are doing things right when we are making others angry at their own clubs, jealous of ours and nervous of what we might achieve.

We’ve all spoken over numerous transfer windows of “Levy time”. Well, it’s arrived.

Buckle up boys, we’re fucking a lot of people off and we are gonna fuck off a lot more👍👍

Levy In💙

Edit: Oh and by the way this ain’t any old Levy time, this is Levy time - The Directors Cut

Doing this again because I think I was wrong the first time

7 loans overseas not including players that are both CT AND u21 so I think we're on 4/7
Domestic loans won't count towards the total until ~25/26

Overseas:
Ndombele
Dier
Perisic
Rodon

Domestic loans:
Tanganga
Reguilon
Spence
Phillips
Keeley

u21&CT:
Devine
Craig
Parrott

Thanks for that.

I think Phillips and Keeley will count as u21's and so will not be in the domestic loans but included in the 'u21 and CT' category - not CT of course.

Useful table though.

Apparently Toney said in a presser today...

"the big dog is back"...and he said it twice.

He's definitely got a picture of himself as his phone wallpaper.

Some players are good enough not to go out on loan for their development, they are better served training with the players they'll be sharing a pitch with in a year or 2 time. City don't loan their best young prospects, Foden never got a loan out despite the players he had in front of him to stake a claim, Palmer stayed in house as well til his Chav move, if Dorrington has stayed and Phillips was loaned despite the fact both will eventually count as club trained (so there's no perceived advantage Dorrington would have over phillips in a CT vs HG argument) it suggests Dorrington is further along in his development and most fancied by Ange for the 4th CB slot.

After seeing how Dorrington dealt in the cup game against lower league opposition full of men, I can only assume we likely know he'd be destroyed at men's level this season and perhaps want him to get in house gym training ready for a loan next season.

Admin Admin No need for VAR, that's as straight a red as we've ever seen on here.

You owe me 90 secs of my life back, Virgo. Truly atrocious stuff, couldn't make it to the end or I genuinely fear I'd have gouged my own eyes out and shoved them down my ear canals til my brain burst.

Don't shoot the messenger.
