But Spurs really need 2 left-footed WFs.

Tottenham scouts impressed by Feyenoord winger Igor Paixao

Tottenham have scouted Feyenoord star Igor Paixão several times this season

Tottenham Hotspur have lost more games than they have won in the Premier League this season and are currently 12th in the table. That is simply not good enough for a club that spent millions on new faces in the summer transfer window.

Ange Postecoglou’s side were beaten 2-1 by Newcastle United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last weekend, which was their 10th defeat in 20 Premier League games. Injuries have been a mitigating factor, but the North Londoners should still be doing much better

For that to pay for itself you’d have to qualify for CL four or five seasons in a row. You think those players are going to guarantee that?

I don’t.
I think they would get CL for 3 out of 4 yeah… higher PL placing is material, enables better commercial deals. It’s needed and after that, we are sustainable from a higher position. Sell a small stake in the club and do it

We're locked in with Nike for 8 more years. We do have a new chance to move on from AIA in a couple years, but outside of that not much moves the needle in terms of transfer spending.

We have an ever growing portfolio of smaller commercial partnerships which definitely help, but a -£400M is a big hole to plug.

Immaterial, as that's not how ENIC are going to operate. Joe's wallet is in a vault in the Bahamas being used as an anchor for his yacht. They're not going to strategically invest outside capital as a loss leader.

Igor Passion is an incredible name

Remember how buzzed we all were about N'dombele? That was a big hopeful moment in time.

But now all that hope has burned to ash and been blown away by winds of nothingness.

Happy new year, my friends.
Nice are 2-1-1 in their last 4 matches with Ndombele starting and playing (at least 85 minutes) in each.

Loss was away to 5th place Lyon.

Nice are currently in 6th place, 3 points off of 3rd.
