Transfers January Transfer Thread 24/25

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Extremely reliable jounalists such as Fabrice Hawkins, Romano etc have all said Muani was our top target for January and it was essentially between Juventus and Us. We obviously did what we could to entice him but it wasn't to be. Just because we didn't sign him, you don't have to now pretend he wasn't a top target, that's just silly.

Sam Johnstone was never linked to us as a top target, just that he was on our list, which I am sure he was.
none of them had a clue about Kinsky until after it was done.

swings and roundabouts.

A new entry on the transfer bingo excuse card 😆

I like it 👏
It's money they can kid themselves all they want. Levy ain't paying and ambitious players know it full well. Low wage bill, massive profits he's not wasting these killer metrics on average French players when bang average Welsh ones will do. 😆

We have actually dodged a bullet with Koko Muani, but Ange must see the play himself now. Or he knows it all along.

Couldn't care less about Muani tbh - mediocre flaky player who puts up shit numbers along with inconsistent performances from what I have seen.
Does however feel like a 'we tried' transfer saga. If we were really serious about him we prob could have beaten Juve to him and if he had the guts for the Premier league with a team like Spurs he would have chosen us - bullet dodged imho.

Not sure where that leaves us - probably done now unless another crap loan comes up.

Exactly if we wanted to get him we would no harm long term because he's nothing very special, but it's the show. The totally fake narrative.
